Detective Byomkesh Bakshy (2015): A Nice Detective Mystery Story The movie is based on a fictional character Byomkesh Bakshi an Indian-Bengali detective. Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is a well-scripted story with a lot of twists and thrillers. The film seems a bit slow sometimes, but overall it will let you stick with your seats. Storywise, the movie is excellent. I appreciate the efforts Dibakar Banerjee put in the making of such a thriller movie. We can't figure out who is the real culprit until the ending. The suspense it shows is impressive. The conspiracy starts with the disappearance of a chemist and ends with a series of new and unfolded conspiracies.
