The Hidden Gem of Karnataka - Nandi Hills

Ok, so this is my first travel blog. I'm experimenting with this kind of blog, so don't expect much from my side.

This is me with my goggles😎

I visited Nandi Hills when I was in Bangalore for my summer internship. It completely proves the theory that not all the best places are on the map. Nandi Hills is an ideal gateway for a temporary escape from the daily boring routine and have some fresh vibes (fresh air too). People visit here to see the best sunrise view of Bangalore. This place opens for visitors around 6AM. So it is important to leave for Nandi Hills on time.

Nandi Hills is around 70 KM away from Bangalore city. It is advisable to book a cab one day before. Otherwise, it might be difficult to book an Uber at night in Bangalore. I, with a bunch of my friends, left for Nandi Hills around 3 AM at night. We packed snacks, a good speaker, a jacket, a power bank, water bottles, and some dumb friends before leaving. We reached there around 5:30 morning and took a sip of tea to bring some freshness to our sleepy eyes. There was heavy traffic in the early morning. We parked the car and walked around 2 KM to the top of the hill. In between, there are many viewpoints to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

The moisture of the clouds and the heavy cold winds turned the summers into winters. There is a local chai shop on the hill, which proved to be a Jeevandaan in that weather. There were some half-built horror house types structures on the way to the top, and it was fun to walk through them.

There is also one small temple at the top of the hill. It is also advisable to visit that temple as well. There is some entry fee (5-10 rupees per person). You'll find some beautiful flowers and also a small pound inside that temple.

We sat on the large stones there and enjoyed the surrounding. Had some snacks, clicked photos, did Duniya bhar ki gossips, and returned from the top around 10 AM. While returning back, we stopped at a restaurant to feed ourselves. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and if you're planning to stay in Bangaluru for some days, it is one of the must-visit places.

Well, This was my first travel blog, and I might keep writing such blogs about some amazing places a Bangalore. Or maybe, this is my first as well as last travel blog. Idk, ok bye!👋

My First Blog

This is what I look like. Pic taken at Rashtrapati Bhavan (Red eyes don't mean I smoke weed, it is because of camera effect.😛) First of all, I would like to tell you why I am here. In a world full of fake imaginations and envy, I am here to get some relief from the daily boring routine. It is enough to tell the reason of my such life is that I am an engineering student at IIT Delhi. Currently, I am at Jaipur, away from the daily world, and writing my first blog. It is not the first time when I am writing something. I used to write on Quora, but it used to be primarily on a particular topic. What should we write in our very first blog? A lot of people introduce themselves and discuss their daily life routines. Without trying anything different, let's begin. Hi everyone!!!👋 I am Manoj😊 with roots at Kuchaman City, Rajasthan, in western India. I matriculated from ABN sr. Sec. School in 2015 and passed the 12th standard from Navjeevan sr. Sec. Love Me like You Do

30th January 2020, 2:38AM Sitting in the central library of IIT Delhi, a quiz is scheduled for tomorrow in Programming Languages. Although I haven't studied anything yet, still I couldn't concentrate on my mind. Today I found a cool song  "Love Me Like You Do"  when it buzzed in someone's mobile. It affected me so much as later I listened to this song, and tried to get the lyrics. After humming this song again and again, now I learned some lines. Here is my broken lyrics: You're the light, you're the night You're the color of my blood You're the cure, you're the pain You're the only thing I wanna touch Never knew that it could mean so much, so much You're the fear, I don't care 'Cause I've never been so high Follow me through the dark Let me take you past our satellites You can see the world you brought to life, to life So love me like you do, lo-lo-love me like you do Love me like you do, lo-lo-love me like you d...

Good Byee 2019

So it is the year ending time of 2019 so I am summarizing this year in a poem. Zindagi ka ek aur varsh kam ho chala, kuchh purani yaadien peechhe chhorh chala.. kuch khwaahishein dil me rah jati hai, kuch bin mange rah jati hai.. kuch chhorh kar chale jate hai, kuch naye judenge iss safar mein.. kuch mujhse bahot khafa hai, kuch mujhse bahot khush hai.. kuch mujhe mil ke bhul gye, kuch mujhe aaj bhi yaad krte hai.. kuch sayad anjaan hai, kuch bahot pareshaan hai.. kuch ko mera intzaar hai,  kuch ka mujhe intzaar hai.. kuch shi hai, kuch galat bhi hai.. kuch galati ho to maaf kijiye, kuch achha lge to yaad kijiye..   Let's start in 2020 with a new initiative by revising our goals, thinking about all the mistakes and try to improve all those. Wish you all a prosperous   Happy New Year
